2-You can't upgrade from a 32-bit version of Windows 7 into a 64-bit version of Windows 7 or vice versa.

3-You can purchase Windows Anytime Upgrade online only if you are in Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

4-Windows Anytime Upgrade isn't available in all editions of Windows 7.

5-If the upgrade key is not inside the Windows Anytime Upgrade key card package, review the package instructions. You might need to first retrieve your upgrade key.

Steps to upgrade Windows 7 Starter or another into Windows 7 Ultimate or another:

1- Go to Start Menu, search Windows Anytime Upgrade and when we find it we give double click (if not there then you cannot move from Windows 7 Starter into Ultimate by this method) NOTE: You cannot go from a later version into an earlier one (e.g: Ultimate into Professional, or Professional into Starter), only into higher versions.

3- It takes several minutes (10 to 15 or less) depending on your computer, during this process your computer will restart one to three times depending on your computer.
